The Lake
With its own artificial island and beach!
In the country house built an artificial lake, which follows the topography. It has an area of approximately 1 hectare. You can walk around the lake or transit by car . It has an island, which can be accessed via a suspension bridge. You can swim, fish or sail in a small boat.
Today is the habitat for many native animals. It has an artificial beach with sand from the river approx. 70 ft. long x 5 ft. wide

The river
One advantage of this property is the abundance of water, as has a river passing through the west side of the property. Built a dam to supply the flow that leads to the lake. There are concrete sidewalks for easy access to river. In the western boundary of the property is built in the block wall for privacy and security.
Near the river grows large amounts of vegetation. In harmony with nature rainy tropical climate is favorable for the vegetation to grow. This is one of the many places to share a picnic with family or friends. In this case the table for 16 people on the river enjoying the freshness of nature.
The Arches
Arches: An imposing. Into the country house, there are two arches that give way to the lake and the surrounding area. The country house has almost gardens with plants and trees native to Costa Rica. From the entrance to the farm you will find variety of fruit trees. These are fertile lands suitable for cultivation of products of the area. The gardens are planted with a variety of ornamental types platanillos, palms, shrubs and heliconias. The grass is kept trimmed and green all year.

Reforestation
